This programme is designed specifically with runners in mind. The exercises target specific core muscle groups which are important for both stability and injury prevention during running. We've kicked off the programme with two excellent warm up options that will help you to fire up your core before you set off, as well as four short but focussed Pilates sessions for you to drop into your weekly routine. Just 15 minutes of regular focused Pilates could help you to: - improve your overall strength, flexibility and balance to enhance your running performance - alleviate muscle imbalances and tensions that can cause niggly aches and pains or even long term injuries.
