Some of our instructors run 'pay as you go' small group classes over Zoom.

These are perfect for those who like a more interactive experience.

 

The classes are interactive rather than live stream, so your instructor will want to know if you have any medical issues. If you have, they'll need to review and confirm that the class is suitable for you before you book.
