Meet Tanya Clarke

Nutrition is a complex subject and one size really doesn't fit all. Tanya, a Nutritional Therapist and Naturopath, can help you work out which approach is right for you by tailoring your diet to help you achieve your goals.

Nutritional Therapy

Finding the right nutrition plan for you, is fundamental to success.

Plans are personalised according to age, gender, lifestyle, food preferences, medical conditions and genetic make-up.

Focus is on establishing better long-term lifestyle choices.

You can create a bespoke plan for your personal situation with flexible consultation options or chose from tailored programmes: The 6-week Cleanse, Restore Your Gut and Perimenopause.

Naturopathy promotes the healing power of nature and the body's own self-healing mechanism.

It’s centred around achieving a balance in mind, body & spirit.

It can help with chronic conditions and emotional disorders, focusing on the cause of issues rather than the symptoms.

If you're interested in finding out more just book a discovery call with Tanya to talk through your condition.
