This is packed full of nutrients. A great way to start the day or for a little afternoon pick-me-up.
Ingredients
1 cup pineapple (frozen)
1/2 cup blackberries (frozen)
1/2 cup coconut yoghurt
1/2 tsp maple syrup
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients together and serve.
Too thick: Add a dash of water or plant milk and blend again.
More protein: Add some protein powder (plain or vanilla) or 1 tbsp chia seeds.
No coconut yoghurt: Use live Greek yoghurt instead.
