Blueberry basil smoothie

We love this simple smoothie. Great as a snack or to kick off the day. The chia seeds add both protein and fibre.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

  • 1/3 cup oat milk

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 tbsp basil leaves


Preparation

Blend all the ingredients together and serve.


Want it sweeter: Add a dash of raw honey or pure maple syrup.
