Fruity kiwi smoothie

This is packed full of nutrients. A great way to start the day or for a little afternoon pick-me-up.

Ingredients

  • 1 kiwi (peeled and chopped)

  • 1 cup pineapple (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 cup kale leaves (or spinach)

  • 1/2 cup coconut yoghurt

  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 4 ice cubes

Preparation

Blend all the ingredients together and serve.


More protein: Add some protein powder.

No coconut yoghurt: Use live Greek yoghurt instead.
