Peach raspberry smoothie

Nutritious smoothies are a great addition to your day. Add some plant protein to make this a nutritious breakfast (or even lunch) option.


  • 1/2 cup peach (fresh or frozen)

  • 1/2 cup raspberries (frozen)

  • 1 cup canned coconut milk*

*1 x 200ml can plus 40ml of water will work just as well


Blend all the ingredients together and serve.

More protein: Add 1/3 cup vanilla protein powder or 1 tbsp chia seeds.

Want it sweeter: Add a dash of raw honey or pure maple syrup.
