This is a delicious combination, but grapes work well with most nuts, so if you don't have walnuts in stock just substitute for what you have. We like to enjoy this combo mid-afternoon, to avoid energy slump (and inevitable sugar cravings that come with it!).
1 cup red grapes (washed)
1/4 cup shelled walnuts
Just pop in an airtight container and take to work to enjoy as an afternoon pick-me-up.
No walnuts: Try cashews, pistachios or any other nut/seed you have in the cupboard.
