The protein powder makes this a great breakfast option, as well as satisfying snack.
1/2 cup (62.5ml) almond or oat milk
3/4 cup (75g) fresh strawberries
1/2 cup (50g) frozen pineapple
3 tbsp (20g) cup protein powder (plain or vanilla)
Whiz together in a blender and serve.
This is best enjoyed immediately, but if you have a suitable leak proof container, you could blend and go.
No milk: try it with fresh orange juice instead.
