In this 20 minute strength session Natasha, a qualified personal trainer, will take you through a slow paced session, designed to be done in your work space. All the exercises can be done with or without weights using mind-muscle connection. There are many benefits to strength training, both mental and physical, so whatever your wellbeing goal, this session is worth trying out. You don’t need any equipment but depending on your fitness level, you may wish to add in some dumbbells (or just grab a water bottle for each hand!). We recommend you wear comfortable clothing and clear a safe mat sized space.
