A low impact pilates session at your desk, suitable for all levels. The session is focussed on stretching the parts of the body that really suffer from being sat at a desk for long periods (thoracic spine, neck, glutes) and improving posture to prevent back/neck pain by strengthening your core muscles. We all know that sitting is the new smoking!
