Service Description

A 4, 6 or 8 session mindfulness course aimed at teaching you how to reduce stress and anxiety and build emotional resilience. We recommend you book a free discovery call before you purchase to agree the number of sessions you should book. In all cases you'll book a 60 minute introductory consultation when you book the course and the times/dates for the sessions will be agreed in that meeting. This initial consultation will provide some information on mindfulness and it's benefits and establish what you hope to achieve from the programme so it can be designed around your needs. The course will: - Equip you with self-awareness that helps you to understand resilience and actively participate in its development - Enable you to recognise signs of stress and respond more effectively - Help you recognise the power of thoughts and find ways of skilfully working with them - Enable you to recognise those mind states and behaviours that are unhelpful - Improve professional and personal relationships - Improve memory and ability to focus - Improve quality of sleep - Enable you to live life more fully, and discern between activities that nurture or deplete internal resources
