A 6-week programme to help set up your body ready for the menopausal transition. This hormone reset programme includes a 4 week supplementation protocol to target hormonal balance and to support the female body during perimenopause and menopause. The aims of the perimenopause programme are to: - reduce severity of symptoms of the perimenopause & menopause - make the menopausal transition as smooth as possible - show you how to turn the menopausal change into an opportunity for setting yourself up for a healthy rest of your life - help you stay in shape or lose weight - reduce mood swings -minimise the feeling of “being hormonal” What's included? - 4-day dietary analysis (macro and micronutrients) and overall heath & wellbeing evaluation - Initial 90 minute video call consultation - Tailored programme with targeted food plans (including recipes and shopping list) - Access to Tanya's bespoke portal to allow information to be shared easily across the plan. - Weekly 60 minute support meetings over video call through out the programme - Programme paid for in full when you book first 90 minute appointment.
