Service Description

You’ll leave your one to one call** knowing what is disrupting your sleep, how to approach improving your sleep, and with a concrete and practical plan to turn your sleep around. The plan will be specific to you and if relevant, will include: -how and if to change your sleeping patterns -what you can try to reduce how much you wake up at night -what lifestyle changes might best help you achieve better sleep -what kinds of thinking is getting in your way of better sleep -where you might want to source extra help and support Calls usually take between 60 and 90 minutes, but we recommend blocking out the full 90 minutes to make sure you have plenty of time to make the most of your time with Tracy. ** PLEASE ENSURE YOU BOOK THIS CONSULTATION AT LEAST 7 DAYS IN ADVANCE TO ALLOW TIME TO PREPARE **
