In this 30 minute session Milly, a qualified personal trainer, will take you through a fast paced HIIT session. This is a brilliant all over body workout mixing up cardio and body strength exercises in a timed circuit style session. Take it as fast or as slow as your body will allow you and start the week with a bang. You don’t need any equipment, just clear yourself a mat sized space (or a little bigger if you can) and away you go.
