Over the years pilates has gained popularity and rightly so, join Cat to experience the wealth of benefits: • Total body workout • Develops core strength and endurance • Improves posture • Creates lengthened and stronger muscles • Increases overall strength, mobility and flexibility. Mat is essential, small loop resistance bands & hand weights will be used in some classes (but you can work without them), head blocks are optional & a drink is encouraged.
