Service Description

This is a 6 week package that includes an initial 90 minute coaching session** plus two 30 minute follow up support calls. In your initial 90 minute session (which you'll book in before you pay), you will join Tracy on Zoom for a sleep coaching session to discuss the issues you are having sleeping. You’ll leave this one to one call knowing what is disrupting your sleep, how to approach improving your sleep, and with a concrete and practical plan to turn your sleep around. The plan will be specific to you and if relevant, will include: - how and if to change your sleeping patterns - what you can try to reduce how much you wake up at night - what lifestyle changes might best help you achieve better sleep - what kinds of thinking is getting in your way of better sleep - where you might want to source extra help and support ** PLEASE ENSURE YOU BOOK THIS FIRST CONSULTATION AT LEAST 7 DAYS IN ADVANCE TO ALLOW TIME TO PREPARE.
