A great way to start the week with positivity from your own home with this online zoom class. Get your heart beating, soothe your joints and unblock trapped energy. Mindfully flowing through each asana and connecting to our breath, finding spaciousness and openness in our bodies, minds and souls... Please try and arrive at least 5 mins before class starts so we can settle into our space and start on time. Suitable for all levels. I look forward to seeing you!
