As a lover of (read totally obsessed with) the great outdoors, my passion as a personal trainer is centred around working with clients to embed positive changes in their lives, through exercise and nutrition, to achieve lifelong health and wellbeing.

Mogo classes

My sessions are fast, fun and function and suitable for all levels of fitness.

 

My current classes are as follows:

Monday 9.15 to 10.15am  - Barley Plaistow

Monday 6 to 7pm - Chrishall Village Hall

Tuesdays 9.30 to 10.30am - Chrishall Village Hall

Everyone that books must have completed the standard medical questionnaire to make sure it's safe for you to attend. If you haven't already done this please click below.
