As a lover of (read totally obsessed with) the great outdoors, my passion as a personal trainer is centred around working with clients to embed positive changes in their lives, through exercise and nutrition, to achieve lifelong health and wellbeing.
My sessions are fast, fun and function and suitable for all levels of fitness.
